I realized that I'm not really an Ezria Shipper
Maybe what really slap me in the face and stopped me from developing being a “fangirl” is that episode when Ezra went to the interview the job Aria’s father have set up for him (to leave the town) and he was about to take the offer JUST BECAUSE he thinks, no matter what they do, it wouldn’t work out.
Let me get this straight, I don’t hate them. It’s just that..
He was older than her. Far older than her. I think he could have been the one stronger, the one who would fight for her or just the one.. who would try harder to work it out. He was the guy. He was so sweet and everything.. so, I really didn’t get it why does he need to give up.. just like that.
And that scene when he was inside Aria’s car and he told her about him leaving the city going away.. permanently. She cried in front of him. Did he offer a hanky or something? Did he try to reach Aria’s hand? Did he even ask her to stop crying? Oh, look.. NO. Even a normal guy or maybe a guy friend will freak out if they see a girl cry because of them. But what did Ezra do? He went inside the car went to his car, drove off. Oh and yeah he stopped when their eyes met and I thought he was go back and tell her he’s sorry.. but he didn’t. He saw her break down. I’m not saying he doesn’t care.. I’m just saying, he didn’t do anything to prove that he does.
So, I guess. For a girl like Aria who suffered a lot, he’ll need a guy that can handle things better than Ezra. He couldn’t just go off and not pick up the phone or just leave the town because he thinks it wouldn’t work out. Aria is an amazing girl and she needs a guy who’ll treat her like a princess and a guy who would fight for her.
we all have that one friend who likes to copy off everyone and does it shamelessly. ugh

It's hard finding someone who's willing to stay.
I wonder how anyone does it. How can you look at the person you love or used to love cry and just walk away?
